I am a senior ICT and cybersecurity professional with over 15 years of experience across government and private-sector infrastructure, network security, technical management and consulting.
As a former department head at Moldova’s Information Technology and Cyber Security Service, I led government telecommunications, security and connectivity, including network infrastructure supporting Government Cloud services.
